'Bonnie and Staff: I felt that I needed to write to you regarding our stay at the lodge this past Labor Day weekend. Now keep in mind that this is not something I regularly do (write letters I mean), but the whole staff that we came in contact with treated us like we were the only people there! Jocelyn couldn't have treated us better! "Wreck" our guide was outstanding, I think she has quite a future ahead of her. Rick and Evelyn, well what can you say about those two? Awesome I guess. I wish we had more time to spend up there-maybe next time. We wish all of you the best in the upcoming holidays with you families, have a good winter wherever you spend it. And as a wise person once said, may the sun always rise to greet you and may the wind be always at your back-happy paddling.'

'We just wanted to let you know what a lovely experience we had during our brief stay. We arrived by boat July 9th and stayed at the lodge that evening. The staff at the dock was very helpful and courteous as was the staff at the lodge. We had an excellent dinner that evening and an equally superb breakfast. And your staff are among your biggest assets from the wait staff who are always friendly and accommodating, to the registration staff, also very good, and to your recreation staff - very professional. What a great idea to have them go around at night to check in with everyone! And what can I say about entertainment - Andy is really good and draws everyone in! Of course, your facilities are a major plus - the pool well-kept, the gardens well-done and the lodge itself in impeccable condition. "I'm always in awe of the grandeur of Killarney and surrounding areas. The vistas everwhere are a treat for the eye and the senses. The leaves on the trees and bushes were so colourful this fall, it was a joy just to drive from Killarney to the highway. Everywhere I went after that the colours seemed muted, not as brilliant. My week at the Killarney Mountain Lodge was very enjoyable thanks to your and Maury's administrative skills. Congrats to the chef, the food was delicious and well-presented.
